Information we receive
This website does not ask you to submit sensitive information and does not contain an on-site enquiry form. If you book a free mini-scan, Calendly processes the details you provide on its service. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message.
How we use it
We use contact and booking information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for the mini-scan, deliver agreed services, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
The primary enquiry route links to Calendly, which has its own privacy practices. Your email provider and ours process email communications. Basic hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver and protect this website.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including legal and accounting requirements. Under UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
